Professionally…I was destined for a career in residential real estate!
It all began in 1969 when I answered an ad for a position in civil engineering. I was going to college at the time and wanted some real world, practical experience before graduating. I enjoyed this experience so much that I continued working with Trico International for the next 10 years on the development, design and construction of Fountain Hills, Lake Havasu City and Pueblo West in Colorado.
In the 80’s I focused mostly on the development of apartment and condominium complexes and by the mid 90’s I began private consulting and project management for commercial sites. When the market crashed in 2007, many of my friends and family came to me for advice (given my 40 year background in the design and development of residential and commercial real estate and the fact that I started buying and selling homes personally in 1971 at 21 years old). At times I was utterly shocked by the terrible advice they were receiving from so called real estate “professionals” in the industry, so I decided to take matters into my own hands.
I obtained my license and in the ensuing years as a full time agent I helped many of my clients, friends and family avoid the pitfalls of the post-crash market by creating win-win solutions and “best possible scenario” outcomes for them. Give me a call and I will create a win for you too.
